Send Flowers They Can Eat!

BEFORE YOU BEGIN - START HERE

To help us ensure prompt delivery of your fresh fruit arrangement - and things we're most often asked:

  1. We are Local to Sault Ste. Marie Ontario only.
  2. We do not accept same day orders after 12pm.  Your order may not go until the next business day if placed at or near 12pm.
  3. Each item is prepared with time and care and takes time to make. Please allow ample time for prep and delivery of your item.
  4. Please make sure your recipient is likely to be home the day you send it - especially in summer months. People like to go off to camp and we are unable to reach them.
  5. If sending your item to a place of work - please provide company name. This makes it easier for our driver.
  6. The message/greeting to your recipient can be included in the notes section when you select your item.  Please don't forget!
  7. Allergies: Diary, Nut and Gluten Free options are available for special orders and we do our best to limit cross contamination but we advise you take precaution. Please search "allergy" and add the item "Special Request for Allergen Sensitive Order !" to your cart.
  8. Please be sure to provide a delivery phone number. As we are sending food items - we can't leave it on a door step and we do need to call ahead. This also prevents double billing with our delivery service.  Please do not give us your phone number.  If sending to their place of work no phone number is required. We understand you may wish to "surprise" them - but as we are sending fresh fruit and chocolate - we always need to call ahead.
  9. Sympathy Arrangements:  We suggest you not send to the home on the day of the funeral. We are often not able to reach the recipient and the bouquet sits overnight. Send to the funeral home instead, send before, or wait until a later date to keep things fresh.
  10. None of our arrangements go out with a "title" referenced.  The names of the fruit arrangements are simply so we know which one you've chosen. (So most bouquets are appropriate for any occasion).
  11. Containers vary from those shown.
  12. Be sure to include a pick up time in notes -- if picking up your order in store - so we can have it ready and waiting.
  13. If requesting any changes to your item (ie no white chocolate, pink swirl, etc., please include in notes).
  14. We are generally closed Sundays and Mondays and sometimes the Tuesday after a long weekend.  Please check delivery calendar or Google listing for special hours.
  15. Safety Reminders:  Fruit is usually assembled on sharp skewers. We ask that you remove fruit before eating, keep skewers away from small children, and always monitor children when eating.  Containers can be glass, metal or ceramic and can be sharp. Keep containers away from children.  When transporting, find a secure place in your vehicle and do not let a passenger carry a bouquet on their knee.

Thank you for your help!  We look forward to serving you!
